The local community site of Karekare on the west coast of Auckland

The Billboard is Karekare's local newsletter, it is delivered locally to all Karekare houses (with a letterbox) 11 times a year, with a combined issue for December/January. The Karekare Billboard is a volunteer community project which aims to help communicate local news, gossip and notices of upcoming events. Written announcements are free for all local Karekare residents and ratepayers in the local announcement column (lefthand column on inside of cover).

Advertising: It saves us money to use local businesses out here on Auckland’s west coast, so we encourage advertisements for local services and goods that are useful for our community - they are available at very reasonable rates. A small fee is required please contact us for further information.

Delivery: Delivery is usually in the first week of the month, and on-line soon after. If you are a local resident or ratepayer and would prefer this newsletter to be sent to another address, please send 11 stamped self-addressed envelopes to the KKRRT address below.

Deadline: Is the 25th at the end of the month before the next issue. Please send articles, contributions and/or advertisement text material & illustrations via email if possible to billboard@karekare.org.nz. Please keep files smaller than 2 megabytes. Or address via the Karekare Residents and Ratepayers Trust’s address: P.O. Box 21-941, Henderson, 0650 Waitakere.
